1.  Do I need to download and install any software onto my computer?

Answer: Yes, you will download the software the first time.  It won’t take up a lot of space on your computer, and for most people, the download will only take a minute.

2.  How do I save a project and go back to work on it?

Answer: You have the option to save your project when you are done working on it.  You will see a button within the software where you are working.  You will name the file whatever you choose and it will save it to your computer.  Then the next time you want to work on it – you will come back here and click on the “Create” button – it will open your software and then you can open your project within the opened software.

3.  How come I can’t see my saved project in my documents where I saved it?

Answer: You won’t be able to see the folder until you have the software open.  Once you are in the software, you can choose to open a saved project – you will then see it listed in your documents.

4.  I don’t use Internet Explorer – can I still use this software?

Answer: At this time, you need to be running Internet Explorer as your browser for the software to open.  If you don’t have it on your computer – you can download it free from the internet and install it along with your other browser of choice.  When you want to work on your photobooks, just open IE instead of your usual browser.

5.  I still do not want to have to create my own books – do you offer services for creating the photobooks for a customer?

Answer: We can create any project you want, if that would be better for you.  We would discuss what your wishes are for your project, and work out a payment that would be suitable for our time.
